Britney Spears and Demi Lovato are officially joining Antonio “L.A.” Reid and Simon Cowell on the judges panel of The X Factor.
The two pop stars were introduced at the Fox network’s upfronts in New York City on Monday; and Britney tweeted a photo of the fabulous fall-season foursome.
Brit and Demi replace Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, who were let go after the first season of the British import.
“I’m so excited about the whole experience,” Britney told the Associated Press. “It’s going to be so much fun and different from anything I’ve ever done. I’m ready to find the true star.”
“It’s official! I am so excited!!!!” Demi added via her Twitter page.
Now all Simon Cowell needs to do is find a replacement for departed host Steve Jones - a job which Miley Cyrus is rumored to be considered for, according to HollywoodLife.com.
“Can’t believe it’s finally happened. Very exciting!” Simon tweeted.
The second season of The X Factor kicks off this fall.

Seacrest on KIIS radio station earlier about the duet she did with her former boyfriend, Chris Brown who left the singer bruised after a violent attack three years ago. Seacrest didn’t waste any time to get into the questions that mattered the most; why she would want to duet with someone on a song that beat her up so badly and what she thinks her fans think about the situation.
“I reached out to him about doing ‘Birthday Cake’ because that’s the only person that really, it made sense to do the record,” she said. “Just as a musician, despite everything else, that was going to be the person,” the singer said while on air with Seacrest.
She added: “You know, I thought about rappers, and I’ve done that so many times, and the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown. So I wanted him on the track, and then in turn he was like, ‘Why don’t you do the remix to my track?’ and it was a trade off.”
